Director
Aewin Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner (FChFP) and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (MSID).
From 1981-85, Aewin stayed in Belgium. Upon returning, he started working in the financial services sector, in particular the life insurance industry, driving business and manpower development and provided training to his agency. He quickly ascended to the rank of Senior Sales Manager where he won Top Sales Managers Award and was appointed the President of Million Dollar Club in 1989 and 1990. His agency had for ten years consistently received Quality Business Awards and the Million Dollar Club Award. Aewin was also a Council Member of Life Underwriters Association, heading the Chinese Education Development program in 1993.
In 2000, Aewin completed the American Association for Psychological Type Accreditation Programmes and is a qualified MBTI(R) consultant. More than 2,000 participants have attended the numerous MBTI(R) related programmes conducted by him. In 2001, Aewin co-founded Professional Investment Advisory Services, one of Singapore's former largest licensed financial advisory firm.

Jocelyn Lim 's professional background includes being a Certified Public Accountant (Singapore), Certified Financial Planner (Malaysia), Chartered Financial Consultant (US), Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK), Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner, a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (MSID) and a MBTI(R) accredited instructor.
Jocelyn was also an ex-founding director and ex-chairperson of Professional Investment Advisory Services Pte Ltd. She was the founding chairperson of Singapore Women in Finance, an interest group under the Singapore Business & Professional Women's Association, and the Vice-Chair of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant's (ACCA) SME committee.
Jocelyn has lectured with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants training division for five years where she taught the subjects of Singapore Taxation and Financial Accounting for CIMA, ATTs, AAT and CPE courses.

Marc Bruce became a Chartered Accountant (Australia) in 1983 after obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NSW (Sydney). He joined Pannell Kerr Foster (PKF) where he spent nine years in Sydney & London in the corporate advisory division.
In 1990, Marc established the True North Group - a global network of over 350 professionals - and was named Australia's #1 fastest growing firm by Australia's Business Review Weekly magazine.
A world authority on consulting to SMEs, focusing on strategic planning, Marc has worked with over 4,000 Practicing Accountants and their clients across eight countries. In 2004, he conducted training for consultants from Roots Consulting Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), headed by Malaysian Entrepreneur of the Year 2004, Margaret Chin. He is a speaker for the Institute of Chartered Accountants and CPA in Australia and has facilitated workshops for the ACCA and ICPAS in Singapore and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Marc was also a guest speaker for acclaimed personal development guru, Anthony Robbins at “Wealth Mastery” in 1999 and 2001.
