We are expanding our business to provide public CPD courses, customised in-house training as well as Advisory Services in GRC (Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Compliance), Cross Border Trade, Investment and Corporate Finance in Singapore, Malaysia, China (including Hong Kong) and other parts of Asia.

We are actively looking for professionals with related experience and track record to join our panel of trainer, consultant and strategic alliance partner. Thus, if you have strong working experience and able to conduct training or lead consulting projects in the following areas, we will be delighted to hear from you:

• Financial & Accounting Standards: IFRS, US GAAP, China GAAP,
• Corporate and Personal Taxation: Singapore, Malaysia, China (including Hong Kong)
• Statutory Reporting Standards (for listed companies): Singapore, Malaysia, and China (including Hong Kong), US SOX, J-SOX
• Corporate Governance Code: Singapore, Malaysia, China (including Hong Kong)
