LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Prepare workstations, kitchen tools and equipment to be ready before start of cooking

Prepare food ingredients needed for cooking

Follow the recipes to cook dry-heat dim sum dishes

Store ingredients and finished products safely and to reinstate workstations

ENTRY REQUIREMENT: 

• Age 18 and above

• Primary education and above

• Workplace Literacy & Numeracy level: At least level 2 (listening / speaking and reading/writing)
