Recently I attended the IBM Design Thinking Workshop. The experiential and immersive nature of the workshop is invaluable. This workshop is a MUST for entrepreneurs who want to be successful in launching products and services customers need and make money doing it. This workshop also helps individuals to enhance their career prospects when they create immense value for their employer!
Design thinking uses a human-centered lens to improve services or products best adapted to users through innovation. The process brings the team together, focuses them on a shared, unambiguous goal. The collaborative culture created during the process motivates employees, improves job satisfaction and retention, and increases the probability of a fruitful outcome. This helps small and medium-sized enterprises attract and retain good employees.
