Course Overview

Less is more in Japanese sushi preparation. It is a minimalist dish, yet it requires a thoughtful selection of fresh ingredients, complex flavours and textures that must be carefully orchestrated. A pursuit of perfection through simplicity. In this WSQ certified Standard Sushi Preparation course, you will acquire the basics of making sushi vinegar and rice, as well as learn the proper storage techniques for raw and cooked sushi ingredients.
