1: Recognise the importance of health and wellness programme at the workplace.
2: Identify and evaluate health & wellness programmes and resources available.
3: Design and implement appropriate health & wellness programmes for the workplace aligned with organisational policies.
There is no pre-requisite in terms of prior knowledge or experience as this course is applicable to anyone who is currently working, transiting to a new workplace or in between employments.
Learners, however, must be interested in health and wellness programmes and is keen to learn how manage health and wellness programmes at the workplace.
In addition, we require learners to be:
• at least 21 years old
• completed at least secondary education or able to speak, listen, write, and read English at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification

• Human Resources and Operations Executives, General Public
16 hours, including 2 hours of assessment
